"My parent visited Gangasagar and I was bit worried how will they manage alone but the kind of support and help was provided by staff and Manager out there particularly Mr. Saha assured me that they will have wonderful experience and will look after them from booking the cab and continuously coordinating and guiding them over the phone from kolkatta to hotel. It was wonderful experience and they really enjoyed staying with hotel and touched up on the courtesy and helping nature of the staff."
